Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 3 tbsp Zachran's Cajun Barbecue Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Mix Zachran's Cajun Barbecue Seasoning, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt together. Rub generously all over both racks of ribs.
  3. Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Unwrap ribs and brush generously with BBQ sauce.
  5. Grill ribs for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with more sauce, until nicely charred and caramelized.
  6. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Tips

For extra smoky flavor, add wood chips to your grill. Zachran's Cajun Barbecue Seasoning brings the perfect balance of heat and spice — no need to over-season! Leftovers make amazing sandwiches the next day.
